    Hard to find unicorn EVIC!

This is for the 2004 and up rigs. Best part is that it does not have the TPMS function and looks and works like new. $50 plus $8 ship

    EVIC install question

Yeah...my rig was wired up for the temp sensor and I installed a new one from the dealer. It was very tight to get the harness plug clicked in just as it was stated in someone's post but I pulled the grill off already to double check because you know.....sometimes we make mistakes!! It was...

    EVIC install question

So I managed to score an EVIC out of a liberty. Grabbed a bunch of the wire and the install was smooth as silk. Fired it up and immediately worked great. I even lucked out because the unit does NOT have a sunroof switch nor does it have TPMS!!! WOOHOO! Only problem is that my temp is not...

Found some stuff and would appreciate members thoughts

Thanks very much Hoosier....If it is on the way out and is only moving just a little....I will go the rubber washer temp fix route first. Rig has 108k miles on it. Tires have always been stock size since new and I think it was primarily used as a DD 98% of it's life. I believe I am the third...

Can a steering wheel from a KK be swapped in?

I looked all over google and cannot find any info on this. Am I the first person to ask? I can't be! Or not even from a kk but just a newer wheel from any Chrysler product line

    Skid plate set deal

I have one of the low produced 03' Renegades that came stock with them. These things are pretty decent.

Found some stuff and would appreciate members thoughts

Yeah mine is definitely in the rear diff....most would say it's backlash but it isn't. The slop is in the spider gears and is supposed to be normal but it drives me crazy. I was hoping that someone else here experienced the same thing and did something about it and share that info.

Found some stuff and would appreciate members thoughts

Just trying to completely dial in this rig. Something feels loose in front and rear. I checked all 4 corners pretty well and on the driver side I am able to get some movement out of the steering rack. It doesn't make the noise or movement from passenger side which drove me crazy because that...

What did you do to your jeep today?

AEY-MEN! I know some very scary guys that would walk out of their own daughter's wedding if I really needed their help. It took a lot to earn their trust but for good reason. They don't put up with any bull. These guys used to harass me for every single little thing. One guy used to make fun of...

HOW TO: Install an EVIC or OTIS (overhead computer)

This is hilarious!! I experienced this myself and was completely baffled! I figured it out and want to post here for future members that experience this. You need to set the light switch on the column in it's normal position. If the rear lights are on but front is off....manually click the front...

    Code readers.

I have a decent actron but I am ordering an Ultra gauge. Not only does it check and clear codes but provides other VERY useful information as well.

All Auto Ventshade owners please check in

In-channel will always look better. I think it comes down to aesthetics but I don't have any experience with them on a liberty so I don't know if they work well.

eater Core questions (yeah as always)

This is why I plan on installing an ultra gauge or something. Most vehicles are not really accurate.

Got into clutch job but discovered something I can't figure out!

Yeah...if you read through the 100's of posts on here, LOST, and the other jeep forums you will see that the OEM units lasts longer than all the aftermarket tri links. I like the idea of the lifetime warranty in the event that it goes bad but if it doesn't last longer than 5-10k miles....I don't...

    LED Headlights / Fog lights

Well again...I have to say that I would be truly grateful for your honest opinions so that it may help prevent me from making a costly mistake! Also not trying to thread jack. Hopefully this info will help the OP as well!

    LED Headlights / Fog lights

I HATE blue headlights. I was planning on doing real HID retrofits into all the lights on the Renegade
