Today I replaced all the spark plugs on my KJ in hopes of fixing the engine misfire codes: P0300, P0301, and P0303. The truck runs much better now, but the codes still show. How long does it usually take for the codes to be cleared?

I noticed that there is no water in the reservoir for the radiator today. The radiator itself is new. However, there is a power steering leak that I intend to fix. Can that be the cause of the lack of water in the reservoir?

I'll definitely get that done this Friday. I'm assuming I'm going to need to drain the water from the radiator in order to remove the water reservoir so that I can have access to the plugs on the passenger side? With that in mind, should I replace the drained water with just fresh water or...
