Help me please identify this tick

Squeek every so often...
Jeep liberty 2008 3.7 noise - YouTube Happens only when cold. What do you suggest? Replacement of Tensioner Assembly and new serpentine belt? Anything else I should replace while doing this? Thanks :D :Stupid Me:- Polestar
