Haha now I don't know what to do. Why do you say it can't be lifted as high? Just cause of the weight. Does JBA sell the extra top plate and isolators? Sorry for asking all the questions. I'll figure it out eventually. I love the higher look but want it to be right. I drive 35k per year and it...

Ok thanks. Can't wait to get this installed. I built my bumper. I have the pictures in the fabrication discussions. I have another stupid question. Where does the clevis go? I haven't seen pictures of it installed. Maybe I drawing a blank but I can't see where it goes. Does the jeepinbyal...

Thanks. I do have a winch. Does this compress the spring like other spacers? Should I just call them to be sure I get the right setup?

Looks awesome. I'm sold and ordering it today. I've been reading for months on which one is the best lift for the money. I have a crd with a winch bumper. Do I go with the .5 clevis spacer? Picked up a set of rubicon wheel this week so now I know what it's going to look like.

Not measured a KK to see what it would take yet. I plan on doing several as it grows. Taking it slow with 2 kids, wife and a full-time job. This is my KJ. Working on the JK next for my brother-in-law.

It's all steel now. Around 100 lbs. No luck with the plastic version. The site is just started. Playing around and learning how to make a site, but it's a good place to show the bumper.

Sorry guys out running around ll day. I'll get you more info ASAP. I am in the process of getting a plastic one made. It will be .300" to .500" thick. It would be much easier to manufacture. My thought is to reinforce where needed and create different ones with more reinforcement as options. I...

I used bondo brand resin with fiber fabric for strength. The cold and warm is what I'm mostly concerned with. I didn't put the fabric on the back side either. I got lazy after working on if for 80 hrs. It may be ok.

Thanks. I am concerned the weathering is going to effect it. I've started on a mold to make a plastic cover. All in my garage a night so it's slow. I have a friend that has a plastic company that will hit it for me.

Yes wood then fiberglass. The bumper is just a cover. The winch is mounted to the unibody with 1/4 steel. Not tested it yet. Hope to this weekend.

Oh I better clarify this is not metal. It's fiberglass with metal mounts for the winch and bumper mount
