According to the EVIC it was 83 when it was blowing 60. After driving around for 5 minutes it got down to 55. I think I was just over-analyzing it. I only bypassed the low pressure switch for a few seconds to see if the compressor was functioning, not more than 30 seconds.

...........Replaced the switch and it works. Doesn't blow as cold (only about 60) but I can deal with that later. Thanks!

On friday I was on my way home from work, it was about 100 degrees out. 10 miles into my 13 mile drive the AC started blowing warm air almost instantly as I was driving along at 45MPH. No noises, screeching, nothing like that. Sunday I purchased from R134a and a gauge assuming I had a leak...

LMFAO Anyway, correct me if I am wrong, but the head gasket is metal. I highly doubt it would leak, the head itself would warp (it is aluminum).

Looks like I will be removing my Uhaul class 3 hitch and taking it to Jeep for an "upgrade" :D

I'll take you some when I get it cleaned up, it is covered in mud at the moment.

A few of you had PM'ed me for photos after I posted I had done this. Duplicolor Bedliner was used. Crossbars are EMT strut with the bedliner sprayed on them. Black Widow roof rack. No wind noise until 75.

Not sure if this helps any, but I just finished my new crossbars and roof rack setup. The cross bars are EMT strut from lowes, with two hangars mounted to the side rails. They are coated in bedliner sprayer. The cargo basket is a Rage Black Widow. Total cost under $140.

Great pics, I am jealous. I grew up in AZ, not a lot of great places to wheel in GA.
