I have a curt trailer harness with the regulator box and the ground wire is short so I ground it to the body behind the taillight. Is this a suitable ground location? Should I extend the ground to the frame? Thanks for any help.

I'm having difficulties finding the clamp-on t's that xc204 used for his roof rack. I looked at Harbor Freights site and have called around and I can't find the same style. Has anyone recently found the same style that xc204 used? They are much nicer than anything I've found so far.

So I see that you can get the stud plates for $15.25 a piece at the dealer and they want $120.00 for part # 82206124 which is a set of (2) hooks and plates. Is there a cheaper option for the hooks? Are they model or Jeep specific? Thanks

I purchased M12 x 1.75 x 50mm bolts today(per another thread here) and they are way too big for the threads in my chassis for the hitch. Is this the correct size and/or is there an additional size that Jeep used?
