Recall?
I received a recall notice last week, and if I am not mistaken, it's for the rear upper control arm.
We're in the middle of moving/renovating, so I will have to check to be sure when I get home.
Have you considered a square sub (ie: Kicker)? They need way less air in the enclosure then a round sub, and are inch, for inch more efficient.
I had one in my single cab pick-up for years, and it fit behind the seat.
Pulled this code today. I've never had an O2 sensor go bad on me, so does this mean that it needs replacing? Could moisture be causing it?
It's has been raining heavily today, and couple that with the snow banks, that means that all the storm sewer greats are covered, and there are huge...
If you search this forum, you'll find some mentions. I don't have the rear-view so I won't even be able to tell you if it is indeed auto-dim, or just the scrapper who had it mis-labelled.
I've found one that auto-dims. Is that a function of the mirror, or the Jeep?
If the Jeep, is the wiring there already? If the function is left disconnected, will the matter?
So wifey decided to take on the framing of the garage door today with the drivers side mirror.
My questions are:
1) Are the mirrors from all model years of KJ's interchangeable (power, heated or otherwise)?
2) Do they all come from the factory in unpainted black?
3) Anyone ever pop...
Come on now...it drops 50° as the instant you cross the border. You're right though; when snow falls, it's usually everyone else you have to worry about.
It's funny though. We've barely had a trace of snow this year. The storms keep going around us, and I've only needed my shovel twice...
Glad they work for you Sam....
I am only 45 mins from the NY boarder, and on days that we get the slightest trace of snow, you can always tell who isn't running a snow tire.
I'd run snow tires over an all-season or A/T tire as soon as it hits just above freezing. Much softer compound of rubber. I am however a little further north then you. We haven't had much snow this year, but plenty of black ice.
Trust my Jeep to safely get my wife and newborn around.
My newborn has been riding in "his" Jeep since the day we brought him home from the hospital. He falls asleep instantly.
I'm riding of OEM suspension that was replaced just before I bought the Jeep in the spring.
From what I remember reading, I don't think you can do it on anything past 05 (and even some 05's don't have this). I am however going from memory on this one.
Given that this is my first Christmas with my KJ...
I already bought her some Weathertech DigitalFit Floormats, as well as a day at the spa (oilspray). This weekend, I am buying her 4 new snow tires...
