Disabling the "Dings" FAQ's
Is anyone succeded in disabling seatbelt DINGs in `03 ? 2004+ method don't work for me, tried it many times. it looks like 2003 has some special seatbelt alarm system, comparing to 2002 and 2004+. it has no voice, just 5 loud DINGs. yes, it's a switch. Mine was started acting weird few months ago, so I disassembled it, cleaned, checked with multimeter and assembled back. now it works like new. the problem is awater that coming right onto switch, and contacts starts to corrode. I recommend appling silicone everywhere...- Dmut

are spacers bad for the suspension?
if you going to keep rims with the same offset, then spacers will create more stress on hubs, because offset (and leverage) is virtually insreased. if you going to use rims with smaller offset, then overall leverage will be the same, but then you will lose main point of spacers - wide wheel...- Dmut

+1 the only few rust lugs I have are Raybestos, aftermarket. They went red in a year, while factory lugs still shine. lugs caps, at least :smokin:- Dmut

they are just the same, actually. same motor and gears, slightly different solenoid block - that's the only difference. will attach today now when I have it installed, I have no problem accessing it through ARB opening, clutch lever facing backward. winch block is absolutely the same, mine...- Dmut

it don't work with ARB, unfortunately. this winch has two options of solenoid block mounting, both don't work for ARB bumper, since winch on ARB is always bolted forward, and TMAX expected to be bolted down. not sure if anyone could understand what I've write =) here is a pic, both winch's...- Dmut

it's chineese T-MAX, OEM variant. I have the same, but had to pay much more for it. be prepared for short cables - you can't install solenoid block far from winch wouthout changing cables.- Dmut
