Not a bad idea. When I flushed mine I was lucky I pulled out as much fluid as I could from the reservoir. There were bits and pieces of unidentifiable stuff coming out with the fluid. I kept refilling and sucking it out until no more bits came out. Had I just pulled a bleed on the lines I surely...
Oh well, I couldn't wait to start the project. It was a nice sunny day so I shot the back half of the underneath with Fluid Film "BLACK". First time I used the black version. It has a nice look and makes everything look new and Purdy... Something about black makes it look rich. It goes on smooth...
I'll be using Fluid-Film "BLACK" on mine. I've used the regular tan version on my Dodge PU with great success. Once I do it I'll let you know how it comes out. I have some new parts to install on the front end so I'm wait until this work is complete so I can do the entire undercoat job once.
Put Sylvania LED bulbs in the map lights. They go off and on when I pull the key, but when I'm driving the lights stay on very dim. Any others have any observations regarding LED's in the map and rear dome lights?

Actually, I do have a couple of bubbles forming in a weird place; just right of the third brake light up on the roof. It's deep under the paint. When I tap it it's solid, no crumble. At some point I'll have to get it fixed, but for now it's not an emergence.

Today I replaced rear shocks, coil springs and bump stops. Super easy job and well worth the time to do. Rides about an inch higher and no more body roll. Soon the front end will be getting refurbished. Anything that can be changed will be changed. struts, tie rod ends, all ball joints...
