    2015 Renegade?

There's a lifted Cherokee out there too, but it's a special unit made for a show by Jeep, and you can't buy the parts to do it yourself. I'm sure the Renegade will sell great, and it looks to be nice. I'm mostly just lamenting the lack of any middle-of-the-road options here.

    NV247. Has anyone done it?

Ah, ok, I thought it might be something like that. That's what I saw when I was researching the Liberty as well. Personally I leave mine in 2WD, unless off road and then I use 2HI or 2LO. I've only used 4FULL when traction is iffy (wet roads, snow, ice), and use 4HI or 4LO if offroad. It wasn't...

May I ask why? Just curious.

    2015 Renegade?

I'm torn. On one hand, it's kinda cool looking. On the other hand... fully independent suspension, front and rear? Yeaaaah... no chance at a lift kit ever being made for this, much like the new Cherokee. Let's face it, Jeep is making these (Compass, Patriot, Cherokee, Renegade) to...

    Sticking valves 03 3.7L

Sounds like you need to pull the valve cover at least and see what's going on under there. What your describing sounds a lot like the symptoms of a dropped valve seat, not letting the valve close. Not sure if this can be fixed without removing the head, I would think not though.

    ....Lug nuts....

Yeah, mine all came off within a mile or so of the tires being put back on. My guess is that the old glue had dried out to the point that it failed when they used the air wrench on it. Nothing like driving with the window down and hearing, "tink tink tink..." as the little chrome thing bounces...

    OBD-II Bluetooth Adapter

I've got a PLX Qiwi, it works pretty good and I've never had trouble with it. It works with Torque and DashCommand just fine.

    Lift Broken?

Was going to say this. Must have been one heck of a ride. How did the rest of the Jeep hold up? No bent frame rails or damaged strut mounts?

    nullptr's 2005 Liberty

Hopefully this thread will detail the progress and mods done to my 2005 Liberty Limited in my quest to get it where I want it. Sadly, due to some issues not entirely out of my control, progress is going to be slow until next year (2016). First, let's start off with a little back story. A few...

What did you do to your jeep today?

Installed my oil filler baffle and checked the oil, it's spot on and still looking good. Of course, it's only been in there about a thousand miles, so... not sure what I was expecting. I can see why the baffle was missing, it's kind of a pain in the butt to get out once it's down in there...

    New stereo help

Just make sure the head unit you buy has an input on the back for a wired remote! I would think that most do at this point, but it can't hurt to check. That particular unit you linked isn't as simple as just plugging the remote plug in, but it looks fairly straight forward.

    New stereo help

Your second link is the same as the first... Yes, the ASWC-1 is what I used when I put my AppRadio3 in. You end up not using most of the wires in the harness, it only splices in for power, ground, and signal. It then plugs into the back of the new head unit, and was a really easy install.

    Hood lift supports

According to Monroe, it should be the #901513. I have no doubts that those will work excellent. That said, I'm running Autozone lifts on the hood, and they seem to work just fine.

    Hood lift supports

Yeah, get the Monroes, especially for the rear glass. The struts you get at Autozone or Orielly's are OK for the hood, but they are way too stiff for the rear glass and won't automatically 'lift' the glass. The Monroes work beautifully, they aren't too stiff and the glass will raise itself once...

What does the rear cargo area passenger side trim look like? Is it the one with the opening for the 6-disk changer? What color is the interior?

    KJ jerking on acceleration

Yeah, what twowings said. That's a lot of error codes that the mechanic who put the engine in should take care of. Either things aren't hooked up correctly, you have some bad sensors in there, or this 'new' engine isn't in that good of shape.

    Radio issue Libby 2006

I used an Axxess ASWC-1 when I upgraded mine. However, your new stereo has to have support for a 'wired' remote in order for it to work. It was a simple enough setup, only a few of the wires in the harness were actually used.
