Definitely the 02. I traded my 02 for an 05, just about the worst decision I ever made. The 42RLE transmission is a complete and utter piece of crap. At altitude (about 9500' and up), where the boiling point is much lower, the tranny overheats (trans temp), under only moderate uphill...- Mike_L
