What did you do to your jeep today?
Today I decided to tackle the "repair" done by the previous owner on the rust spot around the third brake light. Going through layers of bondo and glue to clean everything, then make the new panel, welding and painting it... it is going to be a long day!- Lobato

Rear upper control arm broken bolt
Hey guys, I've been looking for a replacement for the bolt that connects the differential to the ball joint for the rear upper control arm, as mine is shot. The thread is completely messed up. Any ideas on where to find them? Does anyone knows the specs of that bolt? I know that is a 9.8 grade...- Lobato

What did you do to your jeep today?
Today I am just scratching my head because for 5 min the dash of my Liberty looked like a Christmas tree. The lights for ABS, ESC and EBD turned on for about 5 minutes and then shut off again. I will plug my ODB reader here to get the ABS codes and see if I can make sense of what's happening...- Lobato

2006 KJ - ABS, Traction Control, ESP/BAS, Brake Light
This exactly thing happened to me today driving in the highway. All three lights came on, and all of the sudden off again. One thing I feel sometimes is that my ABS is kicking in too soon; I barely touch the brakes and I can feel the action of the ABS on the pedal. I feel like it could be a wore...- Lobato

I bought it from AutoShack, which is from Ontario. I assumed that the thing was manufactured in Canada, but nope. It came from China. Totally agree... that was my first experience buying this sort of things from Amazon and it will be the last. It is NOT worth the time/money... now my Libby will...- Lobato

Updates... I'm not crazy :D I passed the bolt through the new and the old arms in one side, after laying one on top of the other, as shown below. When I tried to pass the second bolt through the second hole, that's what happened: The new arm is, as I have suspected, about 1/2" shorter than...- Lobato

Thanks a lot tommudd! Should I try and install the ball joint first then? I had lowered the diff quite a bit so I thought it would not interfere with the installation of the arm, other than when I was going to put the ball joint into the diff support. Sunroof hardware exploded - found the generic parts
I just repaired mine (although I will have to work on in again because I messed up the position of the lift arms, so my sunroof only gets flush with the roof by using VENT and eyeballing the position of it) and I ended up buying the 110 CAD for the sunroof doctor. I wish I had seen this post...- Lobato

I am having the same issue, but mine is probably linked to timing of the sunroof, after I finished repairing it... The procedure to reset the sunroof, if you are still looking for it (probably not, as this message is from Nov 2021) is: 1- key in ON position (not running tho) 2- press OPEN...- Lobato
