btw, bit of a random turn, but where in europe are the KJs assembled? I think the new GCs are assembled in Austria somewhere (near Innsbruck i think). Would be interesting to find out where mine came from...- ENBr

Manual vs Auto - Fuel Rating
The automatics are generally heavier than manual gearboxes. Has an effect on fuel consumption. I suppose with a manual it depends on your driving style and ability to chose the best moment to change gears. I drive a manual if you want to ask some qus.- ENBr

I'd agree, or get chains if they're legal in your place. The tyres will naturally reduce pressure, so it's taken care for you.- ENBr

noisy diesel
It really is very quiet when you get rolling at operating temp. Startup when cold is very clattery: but I love the noise, the vibration, AND the smell. Makes my day worthwhile :)- ENBr
