When is it time to give up and move on to another vehicle?
Even new, doesn't always mean you are out of the fire. I've owned new and spent more time in the "shop" that many of my used vehicles. Problems with sensors that are under warranty. I think its a personal thing. If you hate putting any money into it, don't love it, and dream of something else... it might be time. 2011 Liberty Front Brake Caliper Bolts Stuck
I normally douse the area with some penetrating oil and let it sit a while. When really stubborn that could mean over night. I have a 6-foot bar that I use for leverage. If its really tight, I'll just crack it a bit, then spray more lube... let it sit... try again.- Adam Roby

Jeep KJ Emergency Brake Adjustment How-To

What did you do to your jeep today?
Brought home bags of sand totaling around 400 lbs in the back. Nose was a little high, but less noise from the rear on the drive home. Wondering if something is loose back there... bumps usually are a bit louder than they should be.- Adam Roby

How to: Another Cheap crossbar build... Lots or Pics
How does that help, is it deflection of wind or resonance thing? I wonder if wrapping mine with rope or something might also help... I removed them because of the annoying noise... constant buffeting on the highway. -

Amazing how something so trivial can cause such an argument. Did you see the episode of Silicon Valley (tabs or spaces). I'm a spaces guy. Had a team of 10 developers at one point and not one of them could set their tab spacing right so I had to implement and enforce a hard rule for 3...- Adam Roby
