    Tires

I know that this has been covered before but I need some opinions. I want to lift my KJ with either the Rusty's full coil lift or the Franken Lift. Mine is a 2006 and I want to put on 275/70/16 and I know that I will have to do some trimming but is it possible to fit that size on there or if...

    Making a 2wd Liberty 4wd

Imagine dropping in the Hemi, that would be crazy. Cause of the KJ's light weight I think it would be faster then the SRT8 Grand Cherokee.

HOW TO: Keep your Fog Lights ON with High Beams

Damn I wish I had thought to use needle nose pliers when I was doing it, that would of made things easier.

    ESP and traction control disabling

Adding a switch would be pretty good idea. Personally ABS sucks when your offroading cause if you have to stop quickly, you don't. It won't let your tires dig in the dirt and stop you quicker.

BUYER BEWARE of the Rock Krawler kit

Damn that sucks. Cause it looks like its a pretty well designed kit. What apealled to me was the fact it was a 3 inch kit. Especially since I want to put 265/75 or 275/70/16's on my KJ.

HOW TO: Keep your Fog Lights ON with High Beams

Thanks for the write up man. I just completed it right now and everything is working fine. I like how it creates more night driving visability. It was pretty easy. There was only two things that were a little tricky, my KJ came with two of those white wires with the tan or orange stripe so i...

    ESP and traction control disabling

Thanks guys for the suggestions. I'll have to try what Eddo suggested with the esp button first then if that doesn't work than I'll pull the fuse out and if any cluster lights come on then i'll have to take the bulbs out.

    HOW T0: Removing & re-installing body side moldings '05

That looks clean. I wanted to do something similar. Mine is a white, 06 sport and I just wanted to paint the raised liberty letters either white or silver and leave every thing else the cladding color. I like how Jeep put big name plates on 02-04 Liberty and on the 96-04 Grand Cherokee. I'm...

    Making a 2wd Liberty 4wd

Thats crazy I didn't realize I had to do that much stuff to the tranny. I guess if I was dead set on making it a 4wd I would have to find a good running, cheap, used 4wd tranny. I don't to have to pay all that labor costs especially if me and friends can install a lot of the stuff

    ESP and traction control disabling

Even though my Liberty is an 06 2wd, I still like to take it out for a little offroading every once in a while but when I'm going through mud or sand it seems like the traction control makes me get stuck, cause it cuts the throttle and prevents me from powering through, even though I push the...

    Rock Krawler

If it's a good kit then I'd probably buy it. Mine is 2wd and I hardly take it offroading. I want to get the biggest tire i can on there, mine's an 06. I want to either get 265/75/16 or 275/70/16.
