    Clarifying Suspension Upgrade...

I agree. I've just never heard of a lifted kj rubbing with 245/70's

    Clarifying Suspension Upgrade...

I think a 245/75r16 is more common among lifted KJ's....245/70r16 is barely bigger than stock

    '02 KJ Re-Commissioning

If you're getting a leak code it's always a good idea to check the rubber hoses going into and out of the emissions canister back by the fuel tank. It's a very common issue with KJ's to get a split in one or more of those hoses that cause people nightmares trying to track down. If it's a...

    Help with lift options

2 cans (about $10) did all 5 of my wheels. 1 dust coat, followed by 4 heavy heavy coats. Been through a dozen or so car washes, mud, heavy rains, heavy snows with tons of road salt and mag chloride, and they are holding up just fine. Starting to grey out a little, but still look good to me...

    Minimum offset with 8" rims?

Not true at all.... The stress of the wheel, no matter the backspace, is transferred 100% to the hub bearings. This "stress" doesn't transfer to the axles whatsoever, it's solely isolated to the hub bearing. Increasing rolling mass by adding heavy wheels and tires is what will put your...

    Newer style Moabs

Personally, I really liked these rims at first. Then a friend pointed out that they looked just like the new Subaru wheels and now I hate them. lol. Because 100% of everything coming out of China is crap? Some of the things you say really make me laugh. Not in a good way.

    Help with lift options

One thing to consider when going to steel wheels is the weight of the wheel. I'm still on stock wheels so I can't verify, but have heard several others claim a 2-3 mpg decrease after going to steel wheels. In other words, going with heavier tires and wheels will definitely be noticeable when...

Don't waste your time. The "coffee" is as terrible as it is expensive. I pass 2 Starbucks every morning on my way to work to stop at the gas station for coffee that tastes 100x better. And much cheaper too.

    Replacing Rough Country 3" w/ 31x10.5x15 tires

You're only talking about a 1/4" difference. The wheels aren't the problem, it's your tires. The bigger the diameter of tire, the more rubbing you'll have at full turn. As stated before, many get away without any rubbing on a 3" lift and 245/75r16's. Guys that go bigger all have rubbing...

    Replacing Rough Country 3" w/ 31x10.5x15 tires

Don't go with an 8" wide wheel. They're too wide and dont look right, according to a lot of people. 16x7 is the ideal size, but some insist on going 15x7. They claim tires are cheaper...

    What should I do next?

sorry, I know its petty but this new form of writing people do now with the absolute lack of grammar, spelling and punctuation drives me crazy. Just a constant dribble of sentences strung together with out any comas or periods....can't stand it
