Rear Lower Control Arm Ball Joints???? What the heck are they talking about???
I didn't think that lower control arms had ball joints. The lower control arms have bushings at each end, don't they?
Nice job.
I've been thinking about adding a couple of USB jacks to the dash to power the GPS and the Cell phone. Both can be powered from a USB port. No need for the Gigantic cigarette lighter adapter. The fill plate with the defroster vent might be the perfect place to mount it.
You sure you cracked it on a rock? If it split from the drive shaft forward from back to front, its probably another case of grenading. Easy to do, just get one wheel spinning.
If your going to keep the KJ, then the steel diff is the way to go, if not, just find a used one, shouldn't be more...
I didn't use dynabeads, I used airsoft pellets. I'm not currently running them with this set of tires, but wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

MYTH # 6 - The brake fluid reservoir should be topped up during routine service.
Interesting. Thats one I would have disputed, but his point is valid. When the brake pads wear to the point they need to be replaced, you'll also get a low fluid event. Makes lots of sense if your wearing out...
Might be time to service the filters.
Never had mine stall on me, but I have had to let the pressure build before she would engage when really cold out. The tranny pump doesn't run in park, so try putting it in Nuetral for about 15-30 seconds when cold.
The Scepter milspec 20L plastic jerry can's are the best thing going, won't dent, won't overheat, won't explode in a fire. I've got 4 of them and love em.
Thats not a bad idea at all. No way to attach to the right side seat bolt.
So its attached only by the left front seat bolt. Wonder if welding on a tab to the back left and attaching to left rear would mount it more solidly.
How deep is the drawer?
