intermittent P0300 on my 2005 CRD
Yesterday I ordered the Sasquatch in tank lift pump kit with their custom made 2005 wiring harness. Its a little expensive and if I had known their was only 2 wires to add, I might have just got the Carter Ram pump form Rock Auto for $120. Was riding Giddyup home from work the other day and 3 miles from home she started to limp and stutter unless I kept RPMs very high and even then she was running rough. At idle she would almost die. What did you do to your jeep today?
Not sure why on the Jeep, though the Ram is likely becuase CanBUS electronic "communication by wire" started in 2006,,,my truck is still SCSI electroncics interface. I wonder if the its the same for my 2005 KJ…anybody know??- seafish

coolant level sensor
From underneath behind the main coolant hose .. heres a pic of the reservoir taken from the passenger side fender (well PS if you live in the US) The level sensor wiring is the one closer to the firewall. You can tell its the level sensor cuz it goes up into the tank. ;)- seafish

Its inside of the coolant reservoir … you can find it by tracing the wire that plugs into the reservoir.- seafish

LCA snapped in half
I have never seen an LCA crack in that way … the sheer force of the shear forces involved must have been focused in a way to make it fracture like that. Most importantly, glad that you are OK…that could easily have been your femur instead of the Jeep's !!!- seafish
