    New SRT8 Grand Cherokee...

Looks pretty cool and as much as I like the thought of a 465 HP Jeep I would much rather it be tuned for off road use and thrown in a lifted 4 door wrangler. Just my opinion, I guess I am more of a "Jeeps are for offroad and sports cars are for going fast" guy.

how much weight will the roof hold?

I have sat in my cargo basket (about 185lbs) and on seperate occasions had several 3" to 5" diameter logs that were about as long as the KJ (read: trees) lashed to the basket as well, no problems either time. That being said, don't stand on your roof but I think leaning on or even sitting on the...

Looks good. I really like the black rim with the silver remaining on the inside of the tire. Nice job.

    Tire Opinions

I don't have a very long commute but I love my General Grabber AT2s. I do not think they would be great choice for someone who drives as much daily as you though as there are better tire options for that. My recommendation would be to look into the Firestone Destination LE. I know a few people...

    $2000 well spent

OME lift, tires, hooks and armor (if you don't have it), then look for a good deal on an ARB. That is what I would do.

A small lift basically for free

I have just under 30k on the clock. I wheel a bit (mostly forest roads, fields, frozen lakes for hunting, camping, fishing purposes) and don't tow anything. No rubbing at all except for the situation described above.

A small lift basically for free

I run 245/70 16 General Grabber AT2s without a lift, have for about 20,000 miles without problems. I only get a slight rub when reversing at full lock like out of a tight parking space. Clevis is great way to get a small amount of lift but not necessary for a tire of this size.

    Shop deprogrammed my remote keys!

Says you need one working but with your 1st key in the ignition and turned to acc/on like you said it may be worth a try anyway I guess. ATTENTION: You MUST HAVE one working remote to add one more to the system. If you do not have one working remote right now then these instructions will...

    How do I test 4X4....

First off, congrats on the Jeep and nice Username . You should be able to use your Full time on the fly (no neutral shifting or buttons to press at all, just pull the lever at any speed up to 50 mph) with any combination of surfaces (snow, ice, wet pavement etc.) with no problems. Part...

    Need some wiring/electrical help.

I do not have the factory fogs installed but do have the fog light switch on the multistalk. I am going to see if I can find the wiring harness for the factory fogs and either plug or solder into that one. As far as mounting I am going to try to color match the exterior and fab up a bumper...
