02 limited 3.7 Leaking coolant
i have had some sort of corrosion on the mating surface of where the WP gasket goes to. Basically a bunch of small dimples along the surface. I had to add JB weld and sand it down smooth. Had to do this twice and hopefully it's still working fine. Hopefully you don't have the same issue as i did.- uss2defiant

if you haven't touch your petcock in a while then I think most people avoid touching it. There's an Oring on the end of it that may cause sealing issues if it damaged. there's also the engine block coolant drain plug as well. Something that I don't personally dare to venture.- uss2defiant

remove thermostat housing and lower rad hose to drain. undoing the WP will drain as well. I've used my petcock as well with no issues. YMMV- uss2defiant

mopar thermostat will come with one. if memory serves me right. mopar gasket wont have a key to register to a notch on some t-stat housing. Remember to install the t-stat w/ the correct orientation!- uss2defiant

Bad radiator?
on the KJ, you can cut a small notch on the bottom of the HD shroud so it'll provide some clearance from the clutch fan which would allow one to remove the shroud without removing the clutch fan. couldn't find past pictures on the forum.- uss2defiant
