    Have you asked why can't they just replace the pump or its seal? I'd get a second opinion, it sounds very expensive replacing a whole low mileage for a leaking seal. I haven't had to do a seal on my Jeep gearbox so there may be some good reason why they said this, but I'd definitely ask around...

    Looks like a custom one from long ago, there's enough detail in the picture to mock one up from cardboard and wood, it's easier and cheaper than cutting steel for a dummy run. If you can't make it yourself a fab shop would then be able to make it from the template.

    You are quite right for normal bushes, unfortunately when they designed the upper arm they put the bushes in the wrong plane for some reason, so clamping on or off load makes little difference, movement eventually just pulls the bush to bits.

    Probably a chaffed wire shorting somewhere, ideally you will need to download the manuals and trace the wires. I'd start by taking the engine cover off and having a good look for anything obvious.

    The arms are made of tinfoil, however if you spilt the old bush outer sleeve with a hacksaw you can knock them out without wrecking the arm.

    Where did you get them from? Haven't seen any UK sellers offering them. Just fitted a second hand upper on mine, the last one was dead after a year and a half so bolt in ball joints look attractive but JBA's are the same price as gold here!

    I've got H&R springs with the weight of the 2.8 Diesel it needed the spacers to give it 20" on a V6 you should get 1 1/2" Mine is a KJ, a KK is very similar front suspension so I guess the results will be the same.

    Yes, I have a pair of 1/4" fitted, the give around 1/2" lift..... however they aren't going to fix shot springs, if you have a low front you really need new springs and probably shocks too. Worn springs give a horrible ride and pound the bumpstops.

    I vaguely remember using a couple of jacks to adjust the diff angle and lift it slightly so it slid in.

    Check around the flexible coupling, a new one shouldn't leak but worth checking.

    Maybe, the coolant chemistry is usually selected to match the different metals used.

    I've just watched the video you attached, it looks like a nice easy job compared to the diesel! If you do it just make sure all the seal faces are nice and clean so you don't get any leaks from the gasket.
