The 225's are a bit thin (8.85in) for an 8in wide rim, but no problems mounting them. I would definitely not off-road them.
I have an '06 with factory tires (225/75/16).
I changed my factory steel rims to the Moab's and had no rubbing with this size...
but I gotta wear these tires out first.
No longer looks anemic.
