Drove to work. Well, I am going to drive to work. Drove to work yesterday, and calculated my mpg based on the last fill up. 22.9 mpg. Not too bad for the beast. Do I need a new door?
The rust is not too bad here in Utah, as the climate is so pathetically dry. Rust needs water, moisture. But shipping the doors to you would cost more than a new door. You can try car-parts.com. They list junk yard parts nationwide. But then check out your shipping costs. And, I haven't...- David13

I only have one. Plus my one key doesn't fit the door lock. I suppose the only way to remedy that is to open the door. I'm wondering if a local locksmith who does cars and programs keys would be able to cut one from a scratch pattern put into the lock. I see Strattec has the pin kit. If...- David13

I have been referring to Haynes, and Chilton's and also Clymer's for more than 50 years, and have found them right on the money on just about everything. Maybe once or twice not quite right. But very helpful for some mysteries. And too skimpy for everything. But definitely worth the money...- David13

Yes, it is a lot more reasonable conclusion to come to, that I don't have a cabin air filter, rather than that it is further over toward the center of the Jeep. I will look for the scales and weigh mine. A lot of the miles per gallon depends on the engine. And if it is the same 3.7 liter V6 they will both use a fairly similar amount of gas.
