No Cruise Control
It routs up beside the trans dipstick tube and the clip connects to a hole in the bracket that holds the dip stick tube to the head. Gyro- Gyro

FSM for Valve Cover Gasket Replacement

Engine Block Drain plug?
The FSM says there are 3 block drain plugs. I just crawled under mine and there is one that I can see,to the rear of the right side motor mount just bellow the frost plug.I would assume there is one on the left side too,where the third is I have no idea. See here -...- Gyro
