Turn Signal Flasher?
Turn/hazard relay are one unit just above the radio. Remove the bezel then the radio to access. Gyro -
Anyone know what is this cable?
It is the abs wire. Look to see if the other end to the sensor is still there. Gyro- Gyro

If you are tying to run wires,just run them through the main harness grommet. That's how I ran wires. Gyro -

Wiring from engine bay to inside (Dash)
Just above the drivers side kick panel (where hood release is) where the main harness comes through the fire wall is where I ran some wires. I used a coat hanger to fish them from the inside to engine bay.- Gyro
