    Welcome to the Neighborhood. Have you checked the height yet to see how your springs are doing? Mine were toast, and it rode really stiff on pavement until I replaced them.

    gas cap fault but not gas cap

    Check the hoses connected to the Evap solenoid up front. Mine had a hole worn through where they pass close to the battery.

    Try searching the forums. I know this has been discussed by others who have installed them. I’d like to put some on mine eventually.

    Can you mount factory skid plates on a Liberty that didn't come with them?

    I bought an engine and fuel tank plate from deadjeep.com and they bolted right up. Fuel plate uses the same bolts as the trailer hitch, you’ll need to remove and replace that if you have one.
