    Winch mount on stock bumper.

seriously... Harbor Freight Badlands ZXR (if you're cheap) or Apex (if you want synthetic and wireless remote right out of the box) is a great bet. I have one of their pre-Badlands series 12k winches (2011), and I've abused the hell out of it. Still going. Lots of people have beat them to hell...

    04 KJ Tire Pressure Sensor

mine has TPMS turned off. accidentally turned it on one time and it got "locked" into the cluster too. that was a pain to fix, but I did it. TPMS is one of those things that too much of a pain in the **** and wallet for me to deal with. I just check my tires regularly.

What did you do to your jeep today?

yep. P245/75R16. also "added" a spacer/ring to the rear. I quoted that as the OE ones were pretty damn flat. :D added *just* the right amount of tilt needed to not make it feel like i'm ridin' a dirty carolina squat. :D I think they fill the arches appropriately now. the 70s always felt just a...

What did you do to your jeep today?

I was more ******** about the fact there are 2 sizes listed on Rock Auto, and no indications there as to WHY. 2007 3.7L manual 4x4 and both rears. The front doesn't have u-joints; you should know that.

choices: 1) put a piece of tape over the light 2) pull the cluster, pull the bulb 3) rotate the tire and see if the warning follows the tire. then you'll know if it's an on-wheel or on-chassis problem. 3) get the PIN code for the vehicle, have someone with a good enough tool turn OFF the TPMS...

AC compressor keepers cycling even when AC is turned off.

Yep, done all that. refridgerant is 5x5. air flow is massive, until the evap frosts over obviously. if I keep the blower at 3 or 4 it'll usually NOT frost over. my solution right now is I unplug the compressor clutch in the winter. sucky part is, it'll frost over in 90deg weather! it's pissed...

    4.10 Re-gearing - 2025

GPS is your friend here. Also that equation depends on the year. some do speed off a sensor at the transmission (or is it diff?) others that have 4 channel ABS do it from the ABS sensors. and some us are screwed and can't adjust it at all, because 07's won't let you.

    Advice on finding discontinued parts

I'm with diesel on this one. replace the bad section with some high pressure hose and some good clamps. Alternatively, source the ends with barbs to do it "properly." They are available.

Need to replace my 2002 KJ engine

last time I looked, warranty was void if engine not installed by a "professional" mechanic. Personally I'd be hunting for a running parts jeep to yank an engine out of. Hell if the OP wasn't on the opposite side of the country, I'd make him that offer from the parts jeep I have here.
