Passenger Floor Wet - Solved
Mine has a rubber elbow on it so this doesn't happen. Common issue on ZJ's though, they exit inside the frame (horrible, horrible design) with no elbow. Once the seal goes bad around the drain, it comes back inside.- JeepJeepster

They do break up inside and will rattle, but I wouldn't say its common on Libertys. I have four Jeeps and I've never had a cat go bad. One has 275,000mi on it. Rear end swap
Thats an odd situation there. Since there is a C-clip laying there and you say the rear end went side to side, I'm thinking something happened to an axle shaft. There is also a bearing roller laying there. I'd say something got sucked between the pinion and ring gear.- JeepJeepster

Anyone have a conversion for volts to actual transmission temp?
There isn't a standard for volts to temp conversion, it could be anything. You would need to know the range for the sensor before you would know. Transfer case stuck
Can you move the lever on the transfer case by hand? Please keep in mind the position next to 4low is NEUTRAL. Dont run yourself over. You may need to jack up the rear of the Jeep and move the tires a bit to get it to shift.- JeepJeepster

The limiting factor on the 5 speeds is the clutch. You can add all the engine cooling you want, but thats why they got the 3500lb limit. The 05+ libertys had covers over them, might could use those. Gotta wonder if Jeep decided to cover up the rockers instead of figuring out why they rusted. 2003 Liberty w/ V6, Power steering hose?
The sensor is not for the 4wd. The 4wd on the KJ's is strictly mechanical and is only operated by the 4wd handle. The sensor will tell the PCM to raise the RPMS for low speed steering if the pressure drops too low (I think).- JeepJeepster
