Coolant leak, full resevoir gone in 24 hours, should I replace water pump?
Does it get below freezing in your area? I ask b/c even if you fill it up with coolant after swapping the water pump, some water will still be in the system. You should check the freezing point of the coolant afterwards to make sure its where it should it.- JeepJeepster

Intake hose Coolant Reservoir leak
That nipple has a metal insert in it, you wont crush it with a screw clamp. You shouldn't need to really get it that tight anyway. That little spring clamp must just be crappy.- JeepJeepster

I dont think I would replace all of them if just one is bad. My 94 ZJ with 275k miles still has the factory fuel injectors... What "while im in there" things should I be doing durring a valve cover gasket change.
I replaced the heater hoses/pipes when I replaced my valve cover gaskets. Made it a bit easier having them removed and they were over 10 years old anyway... That was almost 10 years ago now.- JeepJeepster

Do I Have to Calibrate Speedo Again After Regearing to 4:10?
Since the tone ring is on the carrier, no, changing the gearing does not affect the speedo. Only changing the tire size will affect the speedo. I noticed a decent difference when I regeared, but I only have 30" tires. IMHO, its bearly manageable with the 4.10 gears. The 3.7 just doesn't make...- JeepJeepster

Brake job again rotor stuck on help???
Dont forget about the hose from the 'frame' to the axle. If both rear rotors are the same temp and you think they are hotter than they should be, I would suspect that hose over the hoses going to the calipers.- JeepJeepster

Just a heads up, set the parking brake and block the wheels very well if you ever try to manually shift the tcase. Putting the tcase in neutral will allow the Jeep to just roll away.- JeepJeepster

Oil Leak

Anytime I've tried to get my KJ into 4low while stopped, I need to keep pulling back on the transfer case shifter while shifting into drive. Otherwise, it just pops right back out of 4low.- JeepJeepster

End of the Road for Napa Gold filters......??
Yeah, its highly unfortunate that Napa now uses China filters. They switched over sometime in the last ~2 years. Evidently, ~5 years ago, Mann & Hummel couldn't keep up with demand, so they had to bring over some filters that were made in Germany. I have some, but decided not to use them, just...- JeepJeepster

2005 Elusive Fan Relay Module
My KJ actually did not come with the HD cooling, but I added it later on. The electric fan is stock though, I didn't change it. Some KJ's came with a single speed fan, but I think that changed in 2004. Maybe only the 02-03's with the HD cooling came with a single speed fan. I cant find a single...- JeepJeepster

Did some testing on my 2004 so I wasn't just guessing. I have a bi-directional scan tool so I can turn the fan on and off. The low speed relay is indeed turned off when the high speed comes on. So on my 2004, turning both on would most likely burn out the windings. My 98 Grand Cherokee...- JeepJeepster

This is the wiring diagram for my 2004 fan. Ive never had to diagnose my fan, so idk if its accurate. Im around 90% sure that jumpering both the high and low speeds at the same time will burn up the windings in the fan motor. My 2004 just has relays, no module. Pretty sure its just an 02-03 thing. Is the A/C compressor staying on during all of this? Or is it cycling? Pulley & Harmonic balancer would this tool work on Liberty 3.7
