Shot intermediate shaft?
Yes, as long as the splines on the outer section aren't damaged if it's a loose fit, you may have to replace that too. Make sure its well greased when you replace it so it doesn't rot again.- KJowner

Have you got a part number for that? Don't know if it would fit a CRD but my ac doesn't blow as cold in traffic so an upgrade of my 21 year old viscous hub would be a good idea.- KJowner

Alternator issue

HOW TO: Add Leather (or power) seats to a KJ
Just fitting some seats into mine, I haven't bothered with the heat or movement part yet. To put the seat belt warning and airbag lights out I took the small jumper wire off my original seats and fitted it to the new ones. I'm going to remove the seat wiring loom from the doner car and fit that... -

No electrics hooked up except the safety stuff, but it looks much nicer and it's much more comfortable. Driver's side frame is cracked so i,ll have to weld it up before it goes in.- KJowner

Stripped belt tensioner bolt ?
That's why I asked what you were working on, the CRD's get snapped bolts because people swing on them trying to undo them and finish up tightening them and snapping them off or ripping the threads out.- KJowner

Should i replace my cv axels?
Hard to say without inspecting them, if the boots are in good condition and the joints haven't been filled with sand and water at some time in their life you might just need to re grease them. Also worth checking the rear prop joints.- KJowner

What did you do to your jeep today?
The seats are heated & the driver's side is electric, I'm going to follow the wiring harness & hopefully plug the Ltd one into the Sport. They are only a year apart so hopefully the main loom is the same with extras just plugged in. Edit, my memory!! They are both electric.- KJowner

What did you do to your jeep today?
Had a few spare hours so I started fitting the leather interior out of my spares Limited into my Sport, got the rear seat swapped out, hopefully have a play with the fronts tomorrow. I'll find out how much joy the wiring loom brings.- KJowner

Clutch :-(
No slip in the lower gears, but make it pull hard it slips when the torque kicks in. For a little engine its surprisingly powerful.- KJowner
