Better option... Install an AirLift (airbag) kit out back. Costs about $100, makes the rear end ride MUCH better. I did my install after doing a spacer lift. Basically replaced the isolators with 2.5" lift block isolators. This does leave a hole in the middle where the factory bump stop would...- burntkat

Smart. I don't need the heaters, but I've been thinking about wiring up the NOCO plugs for solar and similar uses. Having multiple vehicles, battery tenders are a must.- burntkat

Did the same Sunday, and apparently I forgot everything I ever knew about shooting. Couldn't hit the broad side of a barn at first. Improved near the end. Still and all, best I managed was 60 points south of a Rifleman patch. Considering I did this with a newly built rifle, never shot before...- burntkat

Took the Liberty to work today, taking my son and I to day 1 of 2, of a local Appleseed shoot. Came within 15 points of getting my Rifleman patch. Would have done better if I'd not gotten tired at the end. Spending all day in an outdoor range in 90 degree temps (before the heat index is calced)...- burntkat

Yeah that is the cheat code if you have the diff out. My son removed the starter to get to the driver's side (I think) easier. The fact that the rubber for it was laying on the skidplate, so he was able to remove it in 2 pieces, helped. One HELL of a difference now. We didn't replace the...- burntkat

Well, new mounts are in. The old ones - all of 4 years old - were absolutely shot. The rubber on the driver's side was laying on the skidplate.. And my son looks like he's been through the war... About 3.5 hours to do the whole job. Last time it took about 8. He's learned a thing or two...- burntkat
