Hey Dude, try some PB blaster. Let it soak, spray it again, give it time to work. Then try the 1/2 inch drive tomorrow with a cheater. Make sure you clean it all up with some brake cleaner when you get it off. So you can stop when you want to.- kskj

245/75 16 Goodyear MTR - Never Used! $100!!
Wish I would have waited a few days. I found a new one at a tire store in south Carolina last week. 168.00 plus 19.00 to ship. These tires are discontinued and I needed one more for mine sons truck. They are good tires, I use them on my kj also.- kskj

Capability of KJ in stock form?
I went to moab stock ( with skids) the first year i had it and did fine.Seven mile rim,fins and things. Moderate to difficult trails I did use the skids alot but Did just fine and had a great time. So as long as you go with other rigs you will have a lot of fun.- kskj

Front skid plate question....
I know my front skid came off a 02 and fits my 04. And Dieselenthusiast 07 front skid is the exact same skid. I think the newer ones are not as heavy a gage of steel.- kskj

Spare tire cover. On or Off?
Mine is off, I switch to my off road tires and rims to street tires and rims 6 or 7 times a year and broke the zipper. so I just left it off.- kskj

Battery/Charging System
When I was in moab three of years ago I had to replaced my alternator and the battery at the same time. Both were bad. Could that switch on the battery tray cause the light to come on ?- kskj

What did you sell or trade to get your KJ?
Had a 96 Volvo that I bought wrecked. Rebuilt it and my wife drove it for a couple of years. She wrecked it two more times and I got tired of putting it back together. The last time she took out a fire hydrant, ripped out the suspension. So we bought the Kj and have had it for four years now...- kskj

differential choices? what is everyone running
I bought the the d30a from jsc that had the DTT already installed and just changed out the front diffs. And put his ome springs on at the same time. I think it was in September.- kskj
