    O2 Sensor?

See the following thread for pulling the codes, there should be a list somewhere in that thread of what all the codes represent and how to pull them yourself. http://www.jeepkj.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=325 This is another list of codes and what they mean...

OTIS with Sunroof Control on eBay

Looks like an OTIS to me, but i'm just a layman. Anybody else that can confirm that? Don't wanna buy something i've already got!

    Oil Light?

Apparently, DC Engineers think differently. \:D/ You may think it's a problem, but the people who designed the motor don't. I'll agree that initial pressure will be higher than 4, but once it warms up (like the book says to do) it really dosen't take much to push some oil around at idle...

    Oil Light?

Maybe the tech meant 7.7 and forgot the decimal... That seems kinda low though. hmm. let me check... the 02 manual for a 3.7 says 4psi minimum at idle, and 25-80psi @ 3000rpm

How to almost get killed in a KJ

Thats probally why you lost control. Usually when a car starts to fishtail/slide/loose traction you let off the gas to help regain control. Giving it more tends to just make the wheels spin that much more. To bad though, never good to be in a crash. Can't tell you why the airbags didn't go...

    Ball Joint Recall # 2

So if I read this right, DC wanted cheaper parts because most SUV's never go off road, and just so happened to pick one that would cause the wheel to fall the hell off when it failed. I don't know, maybe if I was building a vehicle I wouldn't pick a stress-critical point on the suspension to...

    Ball Joint Recall # 2

    Ball Joint Recall # 2

So here's a question, are they going to replace them again if they changed them once already? Seeing as they put the same shitty LBJ's back in as they started with. I've got 35k on the replacements and they're going bad already. ](*,) Cause we all know how usefull that flimsy ass aluminum...

New 05 Liberty Sport 4x4 with money to burn...

Lifts over 2.5 tend to bind the front CV joints, which is why most kits don't go over that height. A note on tires: If your not dead-set on a brand, you may want to consider BFGoodrich/Bridgestone. Both the Revo's and the TA/KO's have been very popular around here, and they're a good all...

Rubber Splash Guards vs Deluxe Molded Splash Guards

valid point. They do have some flex in them, not a whole ton, but if your concerned, its only 3 (or 4?) screws to remove them. The molded are well worth it IMHO, and they look good!

A major problem coming to a jeep near you!

I'm no expert, but i'd have to agree it sounds like the BCM took a long vacation to no-workyville. :-({|= Then again, we cant be sure, since a lack of proper information exists. ](*,)

    Removing Stickyness

I'll take your word for it, as i've never seen it, but going willy-nilly with solvents is never a good idea. I did use it to remove the goo when I changed out an "E" on the tailgate. Worked pretty well on the decal adhesive.

Nitrogen is an Inert gas. Used very commonly in aircraft tires/accumulators etc. Also more stable and predictable than air.

    power window not working

I'd start checking at the motor cannon plug. If you've got power there i'd suspect the motor, otherwise just trace it back. There's a few more diagrams that lead back to the switches if you need em.
