HELP I think I'm being ripped off (or lied to)

That's a nice clean hammer ding in the shaft. No rust, nothing. Hmm... I've beat the heck out of plenty of threads, and there's no way in HELL the previous owner did that, and then got the axle nut back on over it. Guess they call them a "stealership" for a reason.

FYI: According to the 2002 FSM, the curb idle pressure is 4psi minimum. At 3000 RPM, it's supposed to be 25-80psi.

Local Blinn College Students killed in Liberty Crash

If she's so smart, she should be able to figure out a recall. Not exactly rocket science. [/rant] And we all know college kids don't get in traffic accidents. It's clearly got to be something caused by the vehicle [/sarcasam]

    Looking into a jeep liberty

borrow one from autozone etc. They should have em. I'm just gonna suck it up and buy a decent spring plier set, because i'm a tool-a-holic. :-$ I've got 71000mi on my 02 ltd, and i love it. Only thing i've had to do was change a transfer case output seal and normal fluids/filters. Oh...

    Bridgestone Dueler A/T REVO Review

Another vote for the Revos here. Got a decent amount of mileage on them now, and boy do i wish i could have done it sooner. Had to let the stock crapyears wear out because i'm poor, but hey, it was worth the wait! The amount of traction you can get in some of these crazy Florida rainstorms is...

x2. Channel Locks are handy for all sorts of things. I've also used one of those Irwin "quick grip" bar clamps. Worked pretty well.

    Tailgale adjustment

Never thought about doing rubber, it's an interesting idea though. The grease seems to work pretty well. Only catch is that you have to re-grease it once and a blue moon.

Just released: Liberty Recall for fire hazard

Maybe once we get chrysler to fix our jeep pintoliberty we can get them to fix the pesky belt-slippage/alternator pulley clutch issue. Until then, i guess we'll have to keep buying gator-back belts! \:D/ Has anyone noticed that these spammers are not at all good at hiding their true...

    Tailgale adjustment

Also, Pop the glass open. Look at the latch for the glass on the tailgate. You should see a small black plastic square and then the catch. Put some grease on the black plastic square thingy. It will keep the hook on the window from rattling the plastic pad.

    BUSTED MY OIL PAN!!!

Pig putty KICKS ASS. We use it at work once and a while to plug leaking fuel tank drains when we don't have time to replace the valve. You can stick it right on a leaking drain, and it'll stick. Get's harder than heck to, we end up chiseling it off. It's a great temp fix until you get a...

    rear windshield

I'd ask a new dealer, as from what i can tell from this illustration, you can order the bracket seperately, and you certainly don't need to order 2 new struts if your's aren't bad. Sounds like they're trying to make a quick buck. I could be wrong, it wouldn't be the first time. Anyone else...

Ok Need Bull Bar Help **About to give up*

Here's a thought, once you get those holes located, it appears from the photo that you can disconnect those upper brackets. I'd unbolt them if thats the case, and then bolt em to the frame, just to make it easier on yourself. Not that you didn't already think of that, but hey, i'm trying to...
