Well, the sunroof still doesn't work - & the replacement for the blown fuse is still intact, so the mystery deepens.

One thing I did notice today though, was the left turn signal no longer has an irregular flash rate - but that's just coincidence, surely?

So today 5 255/70/r16 take offs from a new Bronco to go with the JBA'S from last week that went on after the 2790'S, that replaced the 925'S when I got the ARB bumper installed. And yes...listen to your elders about the JBA'S.

Today I have become mostly fed up with my 'oil warning' chime and light coming on at random intervals and have resolved to do something about it. Is this light linked to oil the pressure sensor or the oil temperature sensor? 05 2.8 CRD auto.

Wish I could help, but it's too modern for me.

I'd be very tempted to use those sensors for their proper purpose & install gauges - oh, & disable the chime!

On a similar note, mine's taken to telling to (or it needs a) "service soon" but what part of the service procedure will extinguish that?

Who's bright idea was it to be provided with useless information?

Don't know about the CRD but on the 3.7 it's often the pressure sensor.

The oil pressure sensor gets leaked on by oil changes at the filter and whatever else leaks oil upstream. Or the pressure sensor's bad.

I hate all the buzzers, chimes, and beeps. Seat belt buzzers started it.

A "T" can be plumbed in at the oil pressure sensor by the oil filter for a gauge sensor. I'm not sure which part of the computer to hammer on to disable the chime.

"Who's bright idea..."... See the dealer.

It's been a somewhat moist winter here (however all the reservoirs are now back up to 100%) and I've been through plenty of floods and standing water the past few months which I doubt will have helped.

Fixed my rattles with a deeper throated muffler system. Dynomax Super Turbo dual outlet axle back. Just a touch deeper and louder voice now. Not obnoxious and NO drone.

My roof rack basket gave up the ghost after 2.5 years of HARD use. Not too shabby for a cheapo Scamazon flash deal manufacturer intended for little more than looks.

Well, shucks. Given that I have the same rack, what was the point of failure?

The Jeep has sat parked and lonely for the last week. Such is what happens during final exam grading season…

Looking forward to replacing a rusted gas tank skid plate next week with one from ASFIR.

Would you replace the fuel pump while doing the skid plate job? I could theoretically drop the tank and do that. My Jeep occasionally experiences the random hot no-start problem.
