Basically when I turn on cabin heat, setting on floor position, the compressor engages and appears as though the coil freezes and water drains to the ground. It only happens on floor setting. Is this normal?

ah yes, it's that time of the year when the evap coil freezes over at the slightest hint of moisture. :D
