Something that I've found while trying to diagnose this, If I run the vehicle at 2500rpm for a few min (the time it takes to do it while driving) in park it doesn't happen, it only occurs while physically driving.

So I have narrowed it down, it only happens when it goes into OD. If I take it out of OD by hitting the little OD button on the side of the gear select, I can drive normally. I just finished a fluid change since I have no idea when the last time the previous owner had it done (I got this jeep late last year), and since the pan was weeping a bit anyway. The fluid didn't look bad, it didn't smell burnt and there were no flakes. I thought that it could have been torque converter shudder but i'm not sure if that would cause the engine to bog as well? It still happens after the fluid swap (I only did the pan, removed about 5L), but i'm going to run it a for a little and see if it gets any better once it mixes with the stuff in the torque converter/cooler. I should also note this jeep has a 42RLE in it.
Also sorry for all the bumps!

I'm not sure what that info you posted is.

Live data parameter ID's such as short term/long term fuel trim, IAT, RPM, MAP value, load %, that sort of thing I was talking about. Any freeze frame info might be helpful, as well.
