Electrical problems after battery change

I change the battery in my 2003 jeep liberty now the windshield wipers don’t work rear windshield wipers don’t work interior lights don’t work dash lights don’t work I’ve checked all fuses and all are good. I can’t find anything online for it. Any ideas?

Did you by any chance miss a wire on either terminal?

I've not had your exact problem, but i suspect that something did not get reconnected. Perhaps you have aftermarket terminals, like the ones used to replace a damaged end, and a wire slipped the terminal or simply corroded off at the terminal.

Does it turn over and start?

Check what DadoSix advised and check your grounds at the battery area and the two straps going from rear of cylinder heads to the engine Firewall.
