Hey everyone, I recently picked up an ‘03 liberty 3.7. When driving around town I noticed that when I hit a pothole or uneven surface the front end will vibrate terribly and shudder for another 50 feet past the hole, then it evens out. Speeds from 25 to 40 I guess, it hasn’t happened on the freeway. The suspension looks to be all original, but in good condition. It doesn’t seem to happen on every pothole, just kind of random. Freeway speeds the steering wheel has a slight shudder Tires are new and balanced.
Thank you for your time! Kevin

Suspension is SHOT
Now first thing , measure , bottom of flare to the middle of the hub on left front
If you have over 65000 miles bet it is sagged at least an inch
So new springs and shocks n all 4 corners

What should the measurement be? Is it a difficult job? I’m a decent wrench!

19 inches is stock height. A decent wrench should be able to manage the work.
