Over my Christmas break I installed a new front right hub bearing. Centric bearing lasted 3 years and a week. Probably started making noise 6 months ago. I ordered a new mopar hub/bearing and installed that. Now just tire noise. It was a howling...

Also in the past month I have renewed my OME 927/948 lift with said springs and the OME shocks. First impressions are that I like how the Rancho shocks ride better, but you can't buy those anymore. Maybe I should have went with Bilstein (probably), but oh well. It rides pretty darn good now.

I recently learned ya gotta give the shocks time to settle in. I’ve got bilstiens all around on one, OME on the other. Early in the game right now, but prefer the OMEs so far in a side by side.

Jeep won’t start and stay running for more than a couple seconds, I think my fuel pump gave out. Getting the KJ towed to a shop for diagnosis.

My first lift in early 04 on the 04 I ran the Rancho RSXs , great shocks for sure
As far as now, I have installed OME, Bilsteins, Ironman etc and when I did the 03 , they are Bilsteins and love them
Of course with the JBA lift bilsteins were the provided ones on front but also have the Bilstein 24-185660s on the rear

That's about how mine looks right now, got a radiator on the way among other things. On top of that the wifes car is in the shop since we hit a coyote, the extra car had a trans leak, hopefully fixed tonight. So out of five cars with 2.5 drivers we're currently down to 2 cars that also have various small issues. Keeps it interesting.

Little road trip in the 03
One guy that used to be on the LOST forums called to say he found an 03 4 cylinder for sale near him
He calls me every time he thinks he found some good parts
I treat him to lunch, and a finders fee if I find some parts/whole KJs
So took off to go get it , drive 180 miles , air up tires on it, pull it up out of old 4 foot weeds etc
3 inches of snow on the ground, pop the hood , no motor , crawl underneath in the snow , check tabs on diffs
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,3.73s
#%^@&****
Pretty good body but not what I wanted at all , still sitting in the driveway, ( still may go get it just to strip it someday)
BUT, owner swore it was a 4 cylinder
SO, back to the search

Had a fellow Liberty owner park next to me at the grocer’s and ask why there was so much space between my tires(same size as his) and the fenders and why his had only an inch.
Be like the kid I meet at a fast food joint coming back from Florida
Where he was sitting he could only see the top of mine
He came up and said he had a huge lifted Liberty
So asked him what lift
Rough Country he said with a smile and asked if I wanted to see it
He walks out ahead of me and sees mine and stops
Turns to me and says never mind you have me beat
Says I thought I had the highest lift in the US LOL
he was sitting at 20.5 inches on stock tires
I was at 23.5 on 32s

This dude was sagged and stacked even worse than mine was at time of purchase. He mentioned considering smaller tires as his rubbed when turning… I used the cold as an excuse not to talk more. Whew.
