this morning went to open the sunroof to enjoy the cool morning, and no joy - could hear the motor but it just wouldn't budge. got home and discovered one corner of the glass was tilted down. took out the glass and discovered lots of broken plastic parts. no time to attempt a repair, so I just straightened things up, reinstalled the glass to it was flush, and pulled the fuse so no one would try to open the sunroof. not sure this is worth trying to find repair parts or if i should just silicone seal the glass in place to avoid any future leaks.

A quick glance online and I see they are available. Check the parts fiche for your model year to get the numbers.

How is the reflection off the hood when sitting in the drivers seat?
None! Hood is slightly illuminated, but no reflections. Spots are set on each ends to fill the gaps between the bar, ditches, and headlights. They can also rotate outward if needed.

Now to find some amber fogs for those snowstorms and foggy nights.

Used the brackets suggest by the How to thread about 42s here on the forums. Put the bar just back from windshield top edge.

Oh, and I tightened up all the bolts on the front sway bars and changed the 2 rubber mounts on the crossmember. They were making a groaning sound when I turned the wheels sharp. Now no more noise.

I still have a slight vibration in the steering wheel above 35 mph. I think it's the 6 year old Michelins. Will be changing them next summer. They still have half their tread. I'll likely have them rotated and balanced in a few weeks.

Google around for "the sunroof guy" or something close. The "guy" might have unbroken plastic parts for you.

948's installed. New bump stops. Isolators are ok. Had ordered new ones, but ebay seller sold something didn't have on hand. Idiots. Messed up install day. Headed to harbor freight to get rachet strap to hold down that upper arm so I can bring two parts together to slide in bolt.

My husband used my 05 KJ CRD to run errands yesterday. On the way into town he heard a beep and the ABS light came on. Starting to research. I have an OBDlink MX+ and have been trying some free Android scanning apps but so far no luck in getting one to work. My phone doesn't want to pair (Bluetooth) with the OBD dongle via the scanning apps, but it will via Android. Will try AutoZone tomorrow. Grrrr...

UPDATE 10/23/2021
AutoZone OBD scanner produced 2 codes
20FE wheel speed sensor RF (right front) input circuit failure
21FE Wheel speed RF (right front) signal missing

More importantly, the odometer and trip meter aren't working. That means the rear axle sensor failed as well. I'll try cleaning the rear axle sensor first to see if the resolves the problem.
Will replace the right front sensor after that, if necesary.

Damn. I can't get those 2 peices together. Took off the arm and carrier. Got the two parts together now. Just trying to get those three 21mm bolts aligned. Got one installed. Can't get other 2 lined up. I'm done for tonight.

Easy to do, jack under front of the diff and jack up to get everything aligned

When you say front of diff, you mean closer to the driveshaft? I have jack directly under the diff, like centered on jack.

Can see how diff has been on jack all day fighting this. Seems like diff leans backwards when jacking up, causing alignment issues maybe.

Leaning back, then use your jack for the KJ to put on the front of the diff and up against the floorboards and gently push down
and you have it under the pumpkin not the front of the diff, ( pinion area ) makes a huge difference

Having these General Grabber A/TX installed Saturday. I had all wheels balanced which took a lot of the vibration out, but I still have some remaining. My tire guy showed me some out of round in two of the old tires and related it to what I'm feeling. He told me to wait until spring and put new tires on, but me being me I couldn't wait so I ordered 4 tires from Tire Rack. We'll see how that turns out.

Oh. Yesterday I retorqued all the nuts and bolts on all the new front and rear suspension components I had replaced. The front sway bar ends were creaking and groaning when I turned the steering wheel to the lock position. I lubed up the bushings and torqued down the bolts again, and that's all gone now.
