Turn/hazard relay are one unit just above the radio.
Remove the bezel then the radio to access.

The Hazard Flasher Unit does the "flashing" while the Multifunction Switch controls left/right flasher action.
The Hazard Flasher Unit is pretty robust while the Multifunction Switch does give problems.
Give us some more details please on what is not working!
