Well heres what did over the past month, since ive only had it for a little over a month. Replaced catalytic converter, got it to pass smog. Fixed the ABS/TCS/EBS light, fixed code U1411, replaced fuel pump assy.,replaced muffler with a Cherry Bomb M-80, replaced a window regulator, fixed and charged A/C, replaced 2 front tires, tinted windows, replaced front speakers and detailed a few times inside and out.

Now its time to sell.

Why sell? Seems like a perfectly drivable vehicle

I bought the car back from my step daughter when she bought a new Honda(have down from my wife). It wouldn't pass smog so rather then her be responsible, I bought it back not knowing the catalytic was so expensive. I do like it, but it wasnt my 1st choice in a car, plus I don't have the room with other cars.

The quest for the intermediate shaft continues... Jegs reordered the part on Friday of last week. Yesterday, I got notification that it’s on backorder. Can’t win with this one.

Well i bought it off her for $1000 because her ******** dad was supposed to get it fixed and said he sold it instead.I said no, i'll by it so they dont come back at you for repairs. I put about $1100 into it so hopefully make a grand.

I will miss it though.

Replaced the exhaust y-pipe, the transmission pan, and the front driveshaft last week.
Changed both filters & the trans fluid while I had the pan off.
Popped in a pair each of Philips X-Treme 9007s & Sylvania FogVision 9145s in yesterday.

And I figured out how to disconnect the antenna cable from front passenger fender!

Stay tuned for more shenanigans!

I have an 08 with the same 2 tone 16”wheels. I like them a lot. As far as I know they only came from the factory on the ‘08’s. ‘09 and up were the same design but all silver. The renegade model got them in all black.

Ofelas, how much did those set you back? Did you do the rear as well?

They look sharp! :)

profdlp - thx for the kind words, I eyeballed a couple covers, but went back to Wet Okole as I've been using them for a couple decades.

I only did the fronts, color matched them to the pristine rears.

Offhand, I don't remember how much, I ordered & paid 5-6 weeks back.

I want to say somewhere between $350 & $500 shipped?

Took front passenger door off, removed a couple extra trim pieces under the hood and got most of the wiring harness out.

There is a surprising amount of room in that engine bay...
