Since the winter started, I had a slippery transmission but it used to be normal after few minutes of driving (I guess when it gets hot enough). I searched this problem and found out that most probably the transmission fluid has become thick. I just changed the fluid now but unfortunately a new problem appeared. The car doesn't move on R and moves forward on N. Any idea what can it be?

if it doesn't move in R, but moves forward in N, then I'd first think something has gone wrong with the linkage.
Test 1: does it move in P, specifically move in reverse?
Test 2: put it in R, parking brake off, can you push the vehicle, as if it were in neutral?

I just went to check these tests and apparently, it's working fine now I guess the oil didn't take its time to reach the transmission but when I left it for sometime, everything seems to be working fine now.

Thank you so much

you should check your trans fluid level then, just to make sure it's correct.

Ive never heard of transmission fluid getting thick.

Also, under no circumstance should the Jeep move under power in N, unless something is wrong.

Low fluid level will not move the shuttle valves properly in the valve body. Air bubbles are usually the culprit. I’d also recommend a fluid level check ASAP.
