Setup 95% road 5% mountain?

I just got to the forum, but have been following the most interesting threads for years.
Now I have to change the springs and shock absorbers, my choice is not what is usually asked here, but I hope to find the correct answer.
I really enjoy driving the 3.7 on mountain roads, I could go by car, but I prefer to go with the KJ when traveling on weekends or holidays.
Doing difficult routes through the mountains is not a good idea if you go alone.
But this is not a problem to find a route that needs to use all the resources of Liberty, without many complications (this happens 2 or 3 times a year).

That's why I want to install springs and shock absorbers so that the Jeep will hold its own on mountain roads.

I had thought of something like this:

F OME 925 / Bilstein 24-139168 B6
R OME 947 / Bilstein 24-139175 B6

Of course, it will be a pleasure to read your suggestions or changes to these settings.
The KJ has 70,000 km, the distance from the front hub to the fender: 18.4 the tires are 235/65/17 all stock.
From what I have read 18.4 is losing height and effectiveness.

Well I assume you do not want to lift it then
On my Mother Hauler, the 05 ( My Mother is 88 so can not get in my other two KJs ) I run the 925s/947 combo
Made it ride way better than new stock
Personally like the 927/948s a little better but that combo does good
You can run stock length shocks, tires you can go up a size ( running 245-65-17s on it )
You're an inch and a half lower than new stock height so it will be a big change in ride, handling and overall driveability

You will get about 2.5-3 inches from where you are now in lift of course its just about an inch or so over new stock height then
KJs should of cam out with 350 front springs instead of the weak 310 lb ones

I have always read your posts carefully, now I can update more safely.
Regarding the tires, I also wanted to ask the question, but, you are fast, thank you,
I had also thought about the measures 245/65/17 once assembled it will look very different.

In this picture (it is a few years old) you can see that it is almost level, now it is not like that, the front is going down, when uploading the photos I realized the change, I was convinced that it was not so much ...

Logistics issue I imagine.

Good for tuners, I've installed 2 sets and customers were not happy with them
One kept them on, other sold his and went OME
