Measurements from the center of the wheel to the bottom of the fender flare

LF 35, 3/4" ---- RF 35, 3/4"


LR 35" ---- RR 35, 1/8"


Now just need to get an alignment, see how the plow fits, & new plow lights.... .......

I do believe you are totally off on your measurements
My 04 with 4.5 inches of lift measures 23.5 inches
so you are saying you now have 16.75 inches of lift over new stock height ? LOL
measured wrong

I measured from the floor to the bottom the the fender flare keeping in the middle of the center of the wheel...

You want from the center of the wheel center cap?

If you look at before & after measurements in the pictures it works out to be 4" more in front and like 3" more in rear.

I re measured from approx center cap "hub" to bottom of fender flare

fronts measure 22, 1/2"
Rears measure 21, 3/4"
3.5 inches in front not 4 and that will come down to 3 with alignment
stock is 19 inches after April 12, 2002

Another question - what's the best way to check the head light aiming and readjusting them, now that the truck is higher?

you're in lon gisland; leave 'em as factory set. it'll help get some of the nimrods out of your way. :D

Sota - while I got you - where were you able to find the head light wires (Hi & Low beam) that feed both head lights BEFORE they split to each light - for wiring in the plow lights?

I didn't. I got the full kit with the brain box/isolation module.

I just dropped off the Libby for an alignment at my local shop, and he said all he can do is set it to what the machine has for factory specs, unless I call the "lift company" (lol) to give him other specs to set it to.....
Do you know what other alignment specs to give him?
They're not working on it until tomorrow morning....

Camber and toe = OE spec

Caster anywhere from 2 degrees to 3.5 degrees and no more then 0.5 degrees cross caster.
Sorry my bad just trying to keep all the info on the post for anyone in the future that may stumble across this post and need all the info to help them as well

Right now I cut into the left headlight Hi/Lo beam wires , so now when I switch to the plow lights just the left Liberty headlight turns off and both plow lights come on....

Why not wire them up independent of the headlights
Seems much safer and easier

That is the way I had mine wired years ago on two different bobtail Broncos and an F250
had low and highbeams on both with foot switch for regular headlights of course and also for the snow plow lights

I had a guy who was putting a plow on his Ram 1500, but didn't have all the right wiring. set it up with a pair of separate switches to run the plow lights (high/low) rather than setup a half dozen relays.

there's a reason I bought mine with the full isolation module setup.
