Go to the "Search" option just below your name at the top of the page.

Type in KK Blend Door...select Search on Title only and enter...you will see quite a few hits which may help you!;)

The dealer can electronically calibrate it but it would be nice to do it yourself and save the $$$. Are you able to get it to dial all the vent positions (defrost, feet, face, etc.)?

No but when I took out the old actuator I turned the white dial that was exposed and when I turned it all the way to the left I turned the heat on and it now works fine. I was only getting cool air when I turned on the heat. Now when the new actuator comes in I am afraid it won't line up. I need to know what the default position is when I put in the new one. I am going to try and calibrate before I put new one in. I am not sure what the best calibration or reset is. I read two different ways.....pull the battery cables for 20 minutes and restart and the other way was to pull the fuse.

Sorry, didn't really answer your question. I don't even know where that dial is. I am working on the drivers side door because I don't have dual climate controls, it may be the actuator that is above the one I took off. I have only been searching for this one particular problem. All the controls that work the position of feet, face, etc. work fine, it's just the temperature not changing from cold to heat. I may just keep it like that and just switch it manually to AC when it gets hot because if I cant get that new actuator positioned right, I am not going to pay God knows what to fix it.

The controls that direct the air flow vents to feet, face etc. are driven by vacumn via a rubber pipe coming from the intake manifold on a gasser and from a vacumn pump on diesels...that is obviously working fine.

Have you done a Search on "KK Blend Door" or "KK Heater control" from the Home page?;)

Will check that out thanks. I believe it is just the actuator because when I manually control what the actuator does I can change from cold to heat. I just need to calibrate where that default position is when I put the new actuator on. So I will look on other threads to see how to position that white dial that I manipulated to control the cool to hear.

All the climate controls use electric motors (actuators) instead of vacuum lines on the 08 and up KK.

Thanks for that info...I have no data at all on the KKs....drives me crazy when I cannot climb into Wiring Diagrams to help KK Owners out...like on the Charging/Alternator issue one Owner here has!

Can someone here please point me to where I can download Wiring Diagrams and preferably the Service Manuals for the 2010 KK Liberty?...I have searched like crazy but only laying out a major amount of money up front to dubious people may get me something!
