I dropped the fuel tank and replaced the Fuel Pump/Sending unit and got rid of the U1411 code I was getting. Then had a slow leak in the evaporation line and got a new code for a "Very Minor Leak".
What code did you get for the minor leak
Need to know how to fix the three codes I'm getting.

I got a P0456. I broke the fitting at the tank when I lowered it. I wound up using a brass compression fitting with the flange ground off to work as a stint and then glued the fitting back on. I could not get the stock tubing back on so I installed a jumper piece of 9/32 diameter tubing. I got the code and installed a piece of 7/32 tubing instead. No more code. Runs fine but the refueling instant blurp is a new challenge.

Changed out my rear diff oil and there a lot of metal spare parts in the oil and on the magnet.
Clean it out out and found that the bevel gear (side gears) look like a Rottweiler has been chewing on them. Actually, only one side gear is chewed up.
Axle bevel gears look in good shape.
It's a Dana 8.25 with trac loc.
Any idea that they look in such rough shape. Crown and pinion look brand new.
Went with Lucas 75W-140 Gear oil and it already has the friction modifier in it.
No Leaks yay!!
Probably never had it's oil changed. Lots of people drive to destruction. Never work on anything until it breaks.

My de-rusting and painting quest is moving along, took the spare tire rack off the rear gate and removed all the rust and painted everything, waiting for everything to dry and then the assembly will begin.
Studs that we're screwed into the tail gate door were blued loctite in place, had to heat them up as I snapped one of the torx heads off.
Had to double nut the studs to get 2 of them out.

Installed the roof rack crossbars I picked up the other day
I ended up getting MOPAR bars because they were about 1/2 price of Thule, Yakima, or Rhino Racks.

Might be borrowing a buddy's canoe for a little fishing/camping trip up north later this week

Made a trip up flagpole knob this weekend with a friend. Had a great time and was the first time I’ve been able to get the KJ out all year.

Nice looking KJ! Is that all Rock Lizard? (Roof rack, winch bumper, sliders, etc.)

Yo Tommudd... what was the brand/flavor of soap you use to keep critters from nesting in your jeeps?

As with anything you can find reports of things working and also not working,
Just from real world experiences Irish Spring works
My lazy retirement position lets me meet several people who store campers and cars for the winter in the building we rent out
All before closing the doors, hoods etc carve up Irish Spring and toss it everywhere
These are buildings that have mice. Last year over 100 campers/motorhomes were stored in the various barns ( plus a dozen old cars) none reported any mice or mouse damage
Now in other areas maybe mice love the smell and taste so eat it up.
Just reporting what has worked for me and others in the Buckeye State
