I put led headlights in my 2005 liberty and I don't have high beams. Can anyone help? Please!!

Did you try replacing the relay?

When I put my regular bulbs back in the high beams work. I took it that means my high beam relay is good. Right?

LED headlights are not a good idea....see other posts here on this forum.On the KJ they shine all over the place and blind oncoming drivers.
To get LEDS to work you usually need to add resitors to them to get them to work.
The Jeep is working fine seeing as the standard lamps work fine.
Rather get yourself a good quality incandescent set of bulbs and fit extra "foglamps" to be switched ON when needed.
