I have scoured the internet looking for the front and rear axles. I can barely locate the rear but I can't even find the front. Does anyone know where a good place to look or call would be?

I haven’t found any used ones or any 4cyl liberty’s in junk yards anywhere around me, but it looks like you can buy them from Rock Auto.

Axles or complete differentials ? I assume you want differentials and if so then just have to keep looking, checking salvage yards , craigslist etc

Car-parts.com is a good source at times, have found two sets there
but mainly word of mouth with friends looking, hearing
I just scored another set ( front and rear ) this morning that I heard about and went to check out, Low mileage, had been wrecked several years ago and sitting in a garage, guy died and family wanted " junk " removed. ;)

So 2 sets stuck away now ( or when I get this one torn down, )
BUT Soules3, any you see sitting around check them out, asking garages, junk yards etc is the best places. I pay people 100 bucks finders fee for any they find for me which works great as well if they are within a 125-150 mile radius of me

I have been watching for a while now as well.

Even to the point if i see another 1st gen liberty that is mostly stock I look to see what badging/engine it has.

Even being on the lookout for years locally, I have only seen 2 or 3 4 cylinder liberty's in the wild, never seen one in a junkyard. I can imagine they didn't sell well out here as there isn't really a need for cheap family 4wd vehicles like there is where it snows/gets super icy.

One ( 4 cylinder gasser ) I picked up was originally sold in and from Florida, should of kept the body, only thing I wanted was the diffs though LOL
